Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack AI / Applied AI Engineer who can independently understand business and technical problems, identify the root cause, design the right solution, and take complete ownership of development and delivery.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a research or prompt-engineering position.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a requirement, understand it without repeated explanation, estimate the required time, execute the work independently, and deliver a reliable production-ready solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and technical issues independently.
- Identify the root cause of problems and propose practical solutions.
- Design system architecture and technical approaches.
- Break requirements into development tasks and provide realistic delivery timelines.
- Take end-to-end ownership from development to testing and deployment.
- Build AI-powered applications and internal business tools.
- Develop CRM, dashboards, workflow and case-management systems.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents and LLM-based workflows.
- Work with OpenAI and other LLM APIs.
- Build document-processing, OCR, extraction, classification and validation workflows.
- Develop automation using n8n or similar platforms.
- Design and optimize databases and backend architecture.




- Debug existing systems and production issues.
- Handle deployment, monitoring, security and performance optimization.
- Review existing code and improve reliability, scalability and maintainability.
- Maintain Git repositories and technical documentation.
- Communicate progress, blockers and changes in estimated timelines proactively.

What We Are Looking For

The most important requirement is problem-solving and ownership.

We need someone who can say:

“I understand the problem. This is the root cause, this is the solution,



these are the steps required, and I can complete it within this timeframe.”

The candidate should:

- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understand a problem before starting development.
- Give realistic estimates and meet committed deadlines.
- Take responsibility for the complete feature or project.
- Know when to ask for clarification and when to proceed independently.
- Be able to explain technical issues clearly to management.
- Be comfortable working on multiple projects and changing requirements.

Experience

4–7+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience preferred.

Candidates with only internship, academic or project-based experience will not be preferred.

Education

B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent technical qualification preferred.

Strong practical experience and engineering capability will be given significant importance.
