Chindalia Industrial Products Limited (CIPL) is a supplier and distributor of industrial hydraulic tools and equipment serving industries such as Steel, Power, Mining, Oil & Gas, Cement, Infrastructure, and Heavy Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations.
- Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming materials and products.
- Maintain proper records of stock, inward and outward materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and conduct regular physical stock checks.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, stock reports, delivery challans, and material records.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales, accounts, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and dispatch of products.
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of materials.
- Identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies and report them to management.
- Maintain records of tools, equipment, spare parts, and other warehouse materials.
- Ensure materials are stored systematically for easy identification and retrieval.

Computer Skills Required





- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet.
- Ability to maintain computerized stock/inventory records.
- Should be comfortable preparing basic stock and inventory reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Age: 50–60 years.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/store management.
- Experience in an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or trading company preferred.
- Should have good knowledge of inventory and material handling.
- Should be responsible, organized, and physically fit for warehouse-related activities.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Candidates residing in or around Navi Mumbai/Turbhe will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
