Job Description – Home Health Nurse (Willing to Travel)

Position Title: Home Health Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to patient locations, monitor health conditions, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit patients at their homes as per assigned schedules.
- Assess patient health conditions and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Perform wound dressing and basic nursing procedures.
- Assist patients with recovery, chronic disease management, and rehabilitation care.
- Educate patients and family members on health management and medication adherence.
- Maintain accurate patient records and submit reports on time.
- Coordinate with doctors,



and healthcare teams regarding patient care plans.
- Respond to patient concerns and provide emotional support.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.

RequirementsQualification

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.

Experience

- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or home healthcare experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply.

Skills

- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and emergency response.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Additional Requirements

- Must be willing to travel to patient homes and nearby locations.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- Adaptable to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
