To provide safe, reliable, and qualified transportation services for hotel guests, management, staff, and official requirements while maintaining the assigned vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive hotel vehicles safely and responsibly as per assigned duties.
- Transport guests, management, staff, and hotel personnel to designated locations.
- Pick up and drop off guests at airports, railway stations, offices, and other destinations.
- Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival and departure for assigned trips.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct daily checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, and other essential vehicle components.
- Immediately report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements to the concerned department.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and assigned trips.
- Ensure all required vehicle documents, including insurance, registration, and PUC, are valid and available.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous service whenever required.
- Maintain professional grooming, behaviour, and communication while interacting with guests.
- Ensure guest confidentiality and do not disclose any personal or travel-related information.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, HR, Security, and Administration teams regarding transportation requirements.
- Follow hotel SOPs, safety standards,



and emergency procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 10th / 12th standard preferred.
- Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
- 2–5 years of driving experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, corporate, or chauffeur service is an advantage.

- Maintain clean and professional personal appearance.
- Wear the prescribed uniform and name badge.
- Maintain personal hygiene and proper grooming at all times.
- Maintain professional and courteous behaviour with guests and colleagues.

- Safe and accident-free driving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
