Job Title: Associate Solution Design / Pre-Sales Consultant – Logistics SaaS

Location: Bengaluru – Sanjay Nagar
Experience: 2–3 Years
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze client requirements.
- Support solution design, workflows, BRDs and process flow diagrams.
- Participate in client discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Assist with RFP/RFI and proposal preparation.
- Support integration scoping involving APIs, SFTP, ERP/WMS.
- Work with Product, Tech and Implementation teams for solution handover.
- Create demos, use cases and reusable solution assets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, Implementation or Solution Support.
- Positive understanding of logistics/supply chain processes.
- Exposure to SaaS platforms and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, SFTP or ERP/WMS is an advantage.
- Logistics SaaS / eCommerce experience preferred.
