Hiring Alert – Recruiter Intern (Work From Home)
Job Role: Recruiter Intern
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Internship Duration: 3 – 6 Months
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time)

Stipend: Performance-Based (No Fixed Salary)

Eligibility:

- Students & Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills in English & regional language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
- Available for a minimum of 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals
- Call candidates and explain job opportunities
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities
- Learn the complete recruitment lifecycle

Skills Required:

- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic organizational skills
- Attention to detail




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Performance-Based Stipend Structure:

- 0 – 4 Successful Joinings – No Stipend
- 5 – 8 Successful Joinings – ₹3,000
- 9 – 12 Successful Joinings – ₹5,000
- 13 – 15 Successful Joinings – ₹7,500
- 16 – 29 Successful Joinings – ₹10,000
- 30+ Successful Joinings – ₹10,000 + Best Performer Award
