1. Project Planning & ExecutionPlan, execute and monitor high-rise construction activities from foundation to handover as per approved project schedule.2. Project SchedulePrepare project timelines, milestones and activity plans; ensure timely completion of critical activities.3. Construction ManagementSupervise RCC, structural, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, MEP coordination and other civil works.4. Site Team ManagementLead and manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, Consultants and other project staff.5. Contractor ManagementCoordinate with contractors and subcontractors, allocate work fronts and monitor productivity and performance.6. Quality ControlEnsure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.7. Cost ControlMonitor project expenditure, material consumption, manpower and contractor costs to control budget overruns.8. Material ManagementCoordinate with Purchase and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of cement, steel, RMC, finishing materials and other resources.9. Drawing & Technical CoordinationReview working drawings,



BOQs and technical requirements and coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants and MEP teams.10. Safety ComplianceEnsure strict implementation of construction safety procedures, PPE requirements and statutory safety standards.11. Progress MonitoringConduct regular site inspections and review daily/weekly progress against planned targets.12. Client/Consultant CoordinationCoordinate with clients, architects, consultants and management regarding project progress, technical issues and approvals.13. Problem SolvingIdentify construction bottlenecks, technical issues and delays and implement corrective actions promptly.14. Documentation & MISMaintain DPR, WPR, project schedules, quality reports, material reports, measurements and other project documentation.15. Handover & CompletionEnsure snag rectification, testing, finishing and timely handover of completed areas as per project standards.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
