Roavion Automotive (Autobacs India) runs GTM on two fronts — dealer/brand partnerships and high-ticket retail. This role owns both: the target, the team, and the decisions that determine how we hit it. We're scaling toward an IPO by 2031. The GTM Lead is one of the most critical seats in that journey.

What You'll Own

- The GTM revenue number — across partnerships and retail, end-to-end

- Coaching and performance management for the GTM Executive team

- Territory and channel priorities — which cities, partner types, and segments get pushed each quarter

- Cross-functional coordination with Marketing (lead flow) and Finance (pricing and margin decisions)

What We Need





- 4–6 years in sales or business development — at least 1–2 years managing or leading a team (not just carrying an individual quota)

- Comfortable owning a number in front of leadership — wins and misses both

- Automotive, retail, or D2C background preferred

- Has turned around a slipping team or a missing number before, and can say exactly how

- Base : ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience)

- + Monthly performance incentives

- Full-time, on-site | Reporting to Founder/Director
