Key Responsibilities

- Site Identification & Feasibility

Identify suitable sites as per RF / project requirements

Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments

Coordinate with RF, Planning, and Deployment teams

Landowner & Stakeholder Coordination

Approach landowners, RWAs, societies, and institutions

Explain project requirements and address landowner concerns

Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders

- Negotiation & Agreement

Negotiate commercial terms (rent, tenure, escalation, T&C;)

Finalize lease/license agreements within approved budgets

Ensure agreement execution and registration (if applicable)

- Documentation & Compliance

Collect and verify property ownership documents

Coordinate legal due diligence and documentation

Ensure compliance with local laws, municipal rules, and company SOPs

Government & Authority Liaison

Liaise with local authorities, municipalities, and utilities

Support approvals such as NOCs, ROW, and local permissions

- Project Coordination





Ensure timely site handover to deployment teams

Track site acquisition milestones and closures

Resolve site-related issues during deployment and operations

Reporting & MIS

Maintain site acquisition tracker and documentation

Share regular status updates with management

Ensure audit-ready documentation

- Required Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline preferred: Civil, Management, or Arts)

Familiarity with telecom or infrastructure deployment is preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
