Ganesh Ceramic is hiring a full time Retail Sales Representative for its branded tiles and sanitaryware showroom.
Key responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers, contractors, and interior designers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles and sanitaryware.
- Guide customers through designer tile displays.
- Calculate square footage, quantities, and box requirements.
- Prepare price quotations and follow up with customers to close orders.
- Coordinate order dispatch with the warehouse team.
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail sales experience.
- Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, paint, or building materials is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in the local language.
- Basic mathematical skills for area and quantity calculations.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
- Energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working showroom retail hours.
