We are looking for an energetic and responsible Floor Manager to manage daily store operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff discipline, attendance, grooming & floor movement.

Maintain store hygiene, product display & visual merchandising.

Drive daily/monthly sales targets and motivate the sales team.

Handle customer queries, complaints & grievances professionally.

Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth floor operations.

Prepare daily sales, staff & operational reports.

Requirements:

Experience in retail, showroom, store operations or floor management preferred.

Solid leadership and team-handling skills.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Target-oriented with good problem-solving ability.

Ability to take ownership of floor operations.
