Job Summary

Godspeed Immigration & Study Abroad is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executive – Fresher to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their study abroad and immigration requirements, providing relevant information, and supporting the team in converting leads into clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in sales, customer relationship management, education, and the immigration industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle and follow up on leads generated through online and offline sources.
- Understand clients' requirements regarding study abroad, overseas education, and immigration services.
- Provide accurate basic information about available programs, countries, and services.
- Identify potential clients and qualify leads based on their requirements and eligibility.




- Schedule consultations and appointments with counsellors or senior sales team members.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly to maintain engagement and improve conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, client interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and follow-up targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Counselling, Documentation, and other relevant departments for smooth client handling.
- Address basic client queries professionally and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Stay updated on the company's services, destinations, courses, and immigration-related offerings.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and communication standards.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
