We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate records, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Discuss salary, job responsibilities, company policies, and joining details with selected candidates.
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and joining documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Support other HR activities as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
