Job Description – Senior Accounts Executive (Payments, Banking & Accounting)

Experience: 5–7 Years Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory), M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Preferred Industry Preference: B2C / D2C / E-commerce / Trading / Distribution

Job Summary Manage payments, banking operations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, payroll support, and accounting activities independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Banking & Payments
 Handle vendor, manufacturer, supplier, salary, incentive, reimbursement and operational payments.
 Operate CMS Banking portals (Kotak, ICICI, HDFC and Axis).
 Process NEFT, RTGS and IMPS transactions.
 Verify approvals and maintain payment records.

Vendor Management
 Verify vendor invoices and purchase documents.
 Perform vendor reconciliation and ageing reports.
 Resolve payment queries.
Accounting
 Pass journal entries.
 Maintain accounting records.



 Support month-end and year-end closing.

GST & TDS
 Verify GST records.
 Calculate TDS and ensure statutory compliance.

Reconciliation
 Bank, Vendor, Courier, Marketplace and Payment vs Invoice Reconciliation.

Payroll Support
 Verify salary sheets, incentives, reimbursements and F&F; settlements.

Reporting & MIS
 Daily payment report, vendor outstanding report, weekly MIS and monthly reconciliation reports.

Audit & Compliance
 Support audits and maintain documentation as per SOPs and IFC.

Pay: ₹156.87 - ₹41,573.06 per month
