Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and experience with Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare GST returns and reconcile GST data with books.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
- Process employee salary and related records.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting and financial transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, clients, vendors,



and internal departments.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESIC will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in facility management, housekeeping, manpower supply, construction, or building maintenance companies will be preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,671.88 - ₹21,000.00 per month
