Post Graduate degree / 2 year PG Diploma in HR, Social Work from a Nationally Reputed Institute

Required profile:

- General Manager will be responsible to provide directions, guidance and support to his team. Entire HR Generalist Profile.

- Talent Acquisitions, Induction Orientation, Employee life cycle, define KPI & KRA, Strategic HR, PMS, Govt. Dealing, T&D;, General Administration, Facility Management.

- Should be valuable knowledge in Recruitment, Job Descriptions and Job Specifications designs, Annual Performance Appraisal.

- Liaison and Coordination: Liaison with Govt.departments .Statutory Compliances under Factory Act, 1948, Legal issues: Handling legal cases

- Leadership Skills, familiar with Labour laws & regulations governing HR, work with other department managers to assess complex issues logically, define problems and establish facts.
