We are looking for a Patient Relationship Executive for Haryana region.

Job responsibilities include :

1.Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and qualified manner, egister new patients and update existing patient records accurately in the Hospital Information System

2. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as required and Coordinate appointments with consultants, optometrists, diagnostic departments, and counsellors

3. Guide patients through the consultation, diagnostic, counselling, surgery, billing, pharmacy, and optical processes.

4. Provide clear information regarding hospital services, departments, and facilities.

5. Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counsellors, nursing staff, pharmacy, optical, billing, and diagnostic teams to ensure seamless patient care.

6.



Prepare daily reports related to patient footfall, appointments, registrations, and feedback.

7. Encourage satisfied patients and attendants to share their experience by posting genuine Google Reviews in accordance with the organization's ethical guidelines.

8. Educate patient attendants on the importance of regular eye examinations and encourage them to avail themselves of the free eye check-up services available at the centre.
