Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding suitable courses and career options.
- Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career objectives.
- Handle leads through calls,and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions/enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team-wise admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Stay updated on courses, eligibility criteria, and relevant education trends.

Skills Required.





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, counselling, and convincing abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in educational counselling, admissions, sales, or tele-counselling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
