Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator who is fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali. The ideal candidate will create engaging video and written content for social media platforms, communicate clearly with audiences, and represent the brand with excellent pronunciation and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Create original and engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Record videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Write captions, scripts, and social media posts in all three languages.
- Ensure clear, professional, and accurate pronunciation while presenting content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral topics, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages when required.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.





Required Qualifications

- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (spoken and written).
- Excellent pronunciation, diction, and communication skills.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence in public speaking.
- Basic video recording and editing skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a content creator, influencer, presenter, or social media executive.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Experience with live streaming and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and brand promotion.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
