Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Mohali (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and a solid background in accounting, specifically in AR/AP functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process accounts receivable and payable transactions.

Prepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliations.

Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to resolve issues.

Assist with month-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in AR/AP roles.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in fluent English.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
