Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Finishing Engineer to manage and supervise interior finishing works at residential and construction project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, workmanship, timelines, material coordination, vendor management, and proper execution of all interior finishing activities as per approved drawings and company standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Interior Finishing Execution

- Supervise and execute all interior finishing works at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor finishing activities including:
- Flooring and tiling
- False ceiling
- Painting and polishing
- Wall finishes
- Gypsum and partition works
- Doors and windows
- Modular furniture and wardrobes
- Kitchen and bathroom finishing
- Electrical and plumbing finishing coordination
- Interior fixtures and fittings

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, and finishing quality.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain snag/punch lists and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

3. Contractor & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Allocate daily work and monitor manpower productivity.
- Ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.
- Verify the quality and quantity of materials received.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of assigned works.

4. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other departments.
- Review drawings and clarify execution requirements before starting work.
- Coordinate different trades to avoid delays and rework.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and site issues.

5. Planning & Reporting





- Prepare daily and weekly work plans.
- Monitor work progress against project timelines.
- Submit daily site progress reports.
- Track pending activities, material requirements, manpower, and site issues.
- Escalate delays and critical issues to the Project Manager.

6. Safety & Site Discipline

- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and material storage.
- Ensure safe working practices during all finishing activities.
- Coordinate with the site team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in:

- Interior finishing
- Residential construction
- Luxury villa projects
- Interior fit-out projects
- Premium residential projects
- Construction site execution

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing interior finishing activities at a construction site. Experience in premium residential or luxury villa projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹326,753.91 - ₹621,949.24 per year
