N2 Designers & Builders is looking for an experienced 2D Draftsman with Office Assistant. This role requires technical competence in preparing architectural plans, specifically in permit drawings, alongside daily office administration and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting & K-SMART Submissions: Prepare and modify detailed 2D architectural plans, working drawings, and permit drawings in AutoCAD formatted strictly according to K-SMART software standards and Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR/KPBR).
- Documentation & Approvals: Handle building permit documentation, verify setback compliance, and prepare drawing packages for fast-track local self-government approvals.
- Office Administration: Manage day-to-day front office tasks, answer incoming calls, organize client meetings,



and maintain office communication.
- Filing & Data Management: Maintain systematic digital drawing archives, track permit application statuses, and organize physical project files.
- Team Coordination: Assist site supervisors and designers with clerical tasks, basic billing, and drafting updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
