VIP Academy is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote our software training courses and guide students in choosing the right career path. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, following up with leads, and converting prospects into admissions.

Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Explain course features, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding training programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain lead and student records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.




- Support admission and enrollment activities.

Requirements

- Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Salary

- ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month
