- Lead small-group outdoor experiences (e.g. lead treks, Fishing trips, kayaking).
- Ensure guest safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the experience.

Requirements

- Goan
- Comfortable leading small groups outdoors
- Strong communication skills in English (Foreign languages a plus)
- Physically fit and confident in natural settings (e.g. Swimming, trekking,)
- Friendly, responsible, and calm under pressure
- Passion for local culture, nature, and storytelling
- Prior guiding or hospitality experience is a bonus — but not required

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
