Reporting To: Project Manager & CEO

Responsibilities & Duties

- Developed good strategic relationships with various direct and indirect clients, Vendors, etc.
- Worked closely with team members & associates.
- Prepared BOQ’s for as per clients requirements.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Should have good knowledge of Market & market analyses.
- Formulating specifications and preparation/Review of BOQs.
- Preparing/ Review & Comparing the Tender Document, Quotation, Architectural Drawings and Formulate Public.
- Preparing cost estimates based on the detailed BOQ to confirm Project Budget.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations.
- Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Taking measurement on site. Preparing bill. Approve site measurement sheet & checklist & give it to respective person.
- Should be able to calculate BOQ, BOM,



Prepare Quotation & Bill for Interiors Sites for all material required.
- Must have good knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel.

Eligibility And Criteria

Required Experience: 1 To 2 Years

Skill: Should have positive knowledge of Market & market analysis

Technical Skill:
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Do you have hands-on experience preparing BOQ, BOM, quotations, and bills for interior sites?

- Are you comfortable working from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and working at Mumbai (Central) / Navi Mumbai?
