Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Explain vehicle models, features, pricing, offers and finance options to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule showroom visits/test drives.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Consultants and ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM/system regularly.
- Build good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into showroom visits and potential vehicle sales.

Candidate Profile

- Experience:



1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, automobile sales, BPO or customer handling preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
