Mango Giraffe works with major production houses to explore what’s possible with AI in filmmaking. We’re looking for an artist who loves designing characters and worlds, experiments freely, and takes ownership from the first idea to the finished design.

You’ll create characters, costumes, props, vehicles, and environments across genres and visual styles—from cinematic realism to stylized animation, historical worlds, and cyberpunk.

What you’ll do

- Develop visual directions through reference research, drawing, painting, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Explore distinct design options and refine them with filmmakers through rapid, thoughtful iterations.
- Create character sheets, turnarounds, environment concepts, and detailed references that 3D artists can build from.
- Collaborate with 3D artists to carry the intended look into production.
- Pay close attention to costume, silhouette, materials, proportion, and the details that make a design right for its story.

What we’re looking for





- Strong drawing fundamentals and an excellent eye for detail.
- Comfort using AI tools as part of your creative process.
- Flexibility across styles and a willingness to experiment.
- The ability to work independently, respond to feedback, and finish what you start.
- Curiosity and persistence to push beyond similar-looking options and keep refining until the design works.

Basic 3D skills for blocking scenes and environments are a plus. Previous experience is welcome, but your portfolio, craft, and ownership matter more than years of experience.

Compensation: Salary or internship stipend discussed based on skills and scope.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
