Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Technology Lead with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise to lead technology initiatives and business transformation programs within the commercial function. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Retail, FMCG, or CPG industries and strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP S/4HANA commercial technology initiatives and transformation programs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Drive SAP implementation, integration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and SAP implementation partners.
- Manage solution design, delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes through SAP and digital technologies.
- Ensure integration of SAP S/4HANA with relevant enterprise and third-party applications.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.




- Provide strategic and technical guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability, security, and enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of overall IT/SAP experience.
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience leading SAP transformation / implementation / rollout programs.
- Strong understanding of commercial business processes.
- Mandatory industry experience in Retail / FMCG / CPG.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and global/local teams.
- Strong SAP integration and enterprise application knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing vendors/system integrators and large-scale SAP initiatives.
- Ability to work onsite from Parel, Mumbai.

Preferred

- SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
- Experience in commercial, sales, distribution, supply chain, or related business functions.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
