Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and current digital trends.

The intern will assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and supporting various digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and assist with the company's social media accounts.
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
- Develop social media posts, captions, stories, reels, and short-form video content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, and social media trends.
- Assist in developing monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design, SEO, and Marketing teams for content requirements.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Analyze engagement, reach,



impressions, followers, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Good copywriting and caption-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
- Valuable research and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content ideas.

Eligibility

- Students or recent graduates pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with personal social media pages, content creation experience, or a portfolio will have an added advantage.
