eClerx is hiring Customer Care Executives for an International BPO process. The selected candidates will be responsible for interacting with US-based customers and providing effective solutions to their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle customer queries through voice and/or non-voice channels.

● Interact professionally with US-based customers.

● Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

● Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.

● Identify customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions.

● Follow company processes, quality standards and performance metrics.





● Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility

● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

● Good communication skills in English.

● Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

● Comfortable working in rotational night shifts and rotational week offs.

● Willingness to work from the Chandigarh office.

Pay: ₹20,100.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
