Job Summary

ITVC Fit My Job Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team in Manjeri, Malappuram.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand students’ career goals and guide them towards suitable courses and learning opportunities.

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.

* Understand students’ educational background, interests, and career goals.

* Explain course details, benefits, eligibility, and career opportunities clearly.

* Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and other communication channels.

* Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

* Convert qualified leads into admissions while maintaining professional communication.

* Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.

* Achieve assigned daily and monthly counselling/admission targets.

* Build positive relationships with students and parents.

* Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams when required.

* Maintain attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.

* Follow company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Eligibility & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline OR Plus Two.

* 0–2 years of relevant experience.





* Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

* Good listening, counselling, and convincing abilities.

* Customer/student-focused approach.

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge is preferred.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Working Details

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Break: 1 hour

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Age Limit: 18–30 Years (Flexible)

Probation Period: 6 months, as per company policy
