About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Excel, GST, TDS and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Verify invoices, expenses and payment-related documents.
- Handle GST & TDS accounting and prepare relevant workings.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accounting documents, invoices, contracts and payment records.
- Support statutory compliance and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, auditors, CA and internal teams.
- Prepare accounting reports and provide timely financial information.
- Follow and improve accounting SOPs and internal processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.




- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / accounting software.
- Working knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
