Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards with accurate customer and vehicle details.
- Inspect vehicles and identify service/repair requirements.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of vehicle work.
- Monitor job progress and provide updates to customers.
- Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval for additional work.
- Ensure proper billing and documentation before vehicle delivery.
- Conduct final inspection and ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.
- Explain completed work, replaced parts and maintenance requirements during delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback.
- Maintain customer records and service history.
- Achieve service-related targets such as labour sales, customer satisfaction and repeat service.




- Promote service packages, accessories, lubricants and other value-added services.

Skills Required

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler service and maintenance.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- Ability to prepare job cards, estimates and service bills.
- Customer-focused and professional attitude.
- Good sales and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
- Automobile / Mechanical qualification is an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a two-wheeler service center is preferred.
