Video Editor – Creative & AI Content

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team and work on a variety of digital content and advertising projects.

The ideal candidate is not just an editor, but someone who understands creative strategy, storytelling, audience retention, and performance-driven content.

Requirements

- Strong video editing and storytelling skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring recent ideas to projects
- Must have experience using AI tools for video, image, or creative production
- Familiarity with E-commerce, DTC, UGC, and performance marketing content
- Understanding of social media content and paid advertising
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and follow creative direction
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions efficiently
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software

Portfolio Required

A portfolio or showreel is REQUIRED to be considered for this position.

- Captions, sound design, transitions, and visual storytelling
- Testing and developing different creative concepts

We want someone who thinks like a creative, not just an editor.

You should be able to look at a piece of content and understand why it works, how it could be improved, and how to make it more engaging.

Being comfortable with AI is important. We want someone who actively explores new AI tools and knows how to incorporate them into a modern creative workflow.
