Operations Manager – Drive in Minutes | Hyderabad

Drive in Minutes is looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Manager to manage and monitor our daily operations in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

- Coordinate with customers, driver partners and the support team.

- Monitor bookings, driver availability, cancellations and completed rides.

- Handle operational issues and arrange quick solutions.

- Supervise driver onboarding and verification processes.

- Monitor customer and driver complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Track daily performance and prepare operational reports.

- Manage and guide the operations/support team.





- Maintain high standards of customer service and driver experience.

- Help improve operational processes as the business grows.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and team-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems quickly.

- Experience in operations, logistics, delivery, mobility or a similar field is preferred.

- Knowledge of Hyderabad city is an advantage.

- Candidates who can work from office in Hyderabad are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
