About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Devices Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of medical devices/equipment to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers in and around Chennai. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, along with experienced candidates who have a background in medical/pharma/healthcare sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell medical devices/equipment to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers within Chennai.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, surgeons, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and dealers to ensure product availability.




- Handle customer queries and after-sales support in coordination with the service team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and customer interactions (daily/weekly reports).
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and new developments in the medical devices industry.
- Participate in medical conferences, camps, and exhibitions as required.

Key RequirementsEducation

- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy/Bio-medical background preferred).
- Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field is an added advantage.

Experience

- Freshers welcome to apply.
- Up to 5 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related sales preferred for senior roles.

Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and surrounding areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for reporting.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English; Hindi is a plus.

Other Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field travel).

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + DA
