- Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing,
- Candidate screening, and selection as per seniors chart
- Oversee onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR activities and tasks.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing firm
- Preference for candidates with experience in engineering recruitment.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
