Job Description – PRT - Mother Teacher

Location: Podar International School, Chinchwad

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary teacher for a single class, managing all subjects and activities for young learners.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum.
- Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Track student progress, maintain records, and share updates with parents.
- Encourage creativity, discipline, and holistic development of children.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline with D.Ed. / B.Ed. qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred,



B.Ed Freshers can also apply.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
