Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketer with 3+ years of experience to lead our paid acquisition.

Campaign Management: Build, launch, and scale paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.

Budget Allocation: Manage and forecast media spend, control daily pacing, and shift budgets to high-performing campaigns.

Optimization & Testing: Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor core metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and build data dashboards using tools like Google Analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, content, and product teams to align ad messaging with landing page experiences and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax),



Meta (FB & Insta), YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms like ChatGPT Ads.

Own KPIs - Lead Volume, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS.

Manage monthly budgets of lakhs efficiently.

Work with creative & landing page teams for high-converting funnels.

Setup advanced tracking via GTM, GA4, and CRM integration.

Daily reporting and data-driven scaling strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.

Strong knowledge of all major ad platforms.

Proven results in lead generation campaigns.

Must be analytical, proactive, and ROI-focused.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
