Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi
Location: Sikar, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach Hindi language and literature effectively to students at the Middle and Secondary levels.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Use creative, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods to make learning engaging.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Encourage students to develop an appreciation for Hindi language, literature, poetry, and culture.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor students' academic progress.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and remedial teaching.
- Maintain accurate academic records, student progress reports, and other documentation.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.




- Prepare students for examinations, debates, elocution, essay writing, poetry, and other language-related activities.
- Participate in school events, competitions, workshops, and teacher training programs.
- Collaborate with the Hindi department and academic leadership to improve learning outcomes.

Eligibility & Skills

- Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Hindi with B.Ed. or equivalent.
- Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, literature, and communication.
- Prior teaching experience at the TGT level, preferably in a CBSE school, will be an advantage.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Ability to use innovative and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach.
- Strong planning, assessment, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
