Job Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for plant maintenance and engineering activities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle maintenance of production machinery, utilities and plant equipment.
- Troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and utility-related breakdowns.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of HVAC, compressed air, boiler, DG, chillers and other utilities.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC and other departments for maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, cGMP and safety requirements.
- Maintain equipment history, breakdown reports, maintenance logs and other documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for maintenance and servicing work.
- Manage spare parts, inventory and maintenance-related procurement requirements.
- Support qualification, calibration and validation activities wherever required.




- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement root-cause and corrective actions.
- Lead and guide the maintenance team and allocate daily work.
- Support internal, customer and regulatory audits related to engineering and maintenance.

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Relevant technical qualification preferred.

Experience

8-12 Years relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / API / Formulation Plant maintenance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
