About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented IT Passive Coordinator to join our growing IT Services team. In this entry-level position, you will work directly under senior IT Project Managers to help organize, schedule, and track technical project deliverables, client communications, and team workflows.

Job Title: IT Passive (Infrastructure) Coordinator - Fresher

Location: Navi Mumbai, - Airoli (On Site)

Shift Time - 10:00 - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in creating timelines, tracking project milestones, and maintaining task schedules

Team & Client Coordination: Make verbal and Written (email) communication with Project Manager IT engineers, internal teams, and clients.





Assist in site readiness checks for server rooms, network closets, and workspace cabling setups.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel to Making Invoices, data sorting, formatting, and apply formulas to large datasets to ensure operational efficiency

Vendor & Asset Coordination - Maintain accurate IT asset logs, tracking hardware serial numbers, warranty details, and inventory movements in MS Excel.

Documentation Management: Accurately prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, and record-keeping in MS Excel or MS Word.

Follow up on physical IT maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of hardware issues.

Required Qualifications:

- HSC / Diploma / Any Bachelor degree or a related business degree.
- Verbal and Written English Communication skills are mandatory.
- Preferred candidates ready to travel Goregaon Office if required.
