Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our team and gain practical experience in real estate, sales, business development, client coordination, marketing, and business operations.

The trainee will work closely with the team on day-to-day business activities and assigned projects while developing practical management and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sales and business development activities.
- Support lead follow-ups and customer communication.
- Coordinate with customers, property owners, and internal teams.
- Assist with property marketing and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic market research and identify business opportunities.
- Support daily business and operational activities.
- Maintain basic reports and records.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Work on assigned projects and responsibilities.
- Support the team in achieving business objectives.

Education

- MBA / PGDM students or graduates.
- Management students from any specialization.
- Any Graduate interested in business, sales, or real estate.
- Freshers are welcome.

Internship & Compensation

- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000.
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided over and above the monthly stipend, based on individual performance.
- Incentive Eligibility: Interns who achieve assigned targets or complete eligible business activities will qualify for performance-based incentives.
- Incentive Payout: Eligible incentives will be calculated based on the applicable performance period and paid along with the respective monthly payout, as per company policy.
- Incentive amounts may vary depending on individual performance and target achievement.
