Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / Content Creator who can shoot, edit and produce engaging video content for our real-estate projects and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and photos of real-estate projects, sites, properties and events.
- Create and edit Reels, Instagram/Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, professional and visually appealing content.
- Add music, captions, transitions, graphics and other elements as required.
- Work with the marketing/social media team to develop content ideas and concepts.
- Create project walkthroughs, property highlights, customer-focused content and promotional videos.
- Maintain consistency in the company's visual style and branding.
- Manage and organize video/photo files and maintain a content library.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats and video styles.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in video editing/content creation preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canava or similar software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting and shooting techniques.
- Creative mindset with good visual and storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently shoot and edit content.
- Portfolio/showreel is preferred.

Preferred

- Experience in real estate, construction, architecture or property marketing.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design and motion graphics.
- Ability to work in office for project/property shoots.

Note: Candidates should be comfortable with regular site visits and outdoor shoots.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
