Hiring: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator with relevant experience in the paper, pulp, packaging, or allied industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, handling customer requirements, following up on orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, sales teams, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare and share quotations, order confirmations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers for purchase orders, payments, shipment details, and required documents.
- Coordinate with mills/suppliers regarding production, availability, pricing, dispatch, and shipment schedules.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and support the sales team in developing new business.
- Track sales orders from enquiry to final delivery and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for shipping and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales transactions.




- Prepare regular sales reports, order status reports, and follow-up sheets.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate internally to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the sales team with market information, customer data, and other commercial activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the paper, pulp, packaging, paper trading, or related industry.
- Good understanding of paper products, specifications, GSM, grades, and basic commercial terms.
- Experience in sales coordination, order processing, customer handling, and follow-ups.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email and Verbal communication is Must.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple enquiries/orders simultaneously.
- Commercially aware, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
