Designation:- Senior Video Editor

Location :- Chattarpur Delhi

Experience :- 2 years+

Working Days :- 6

Shift Timings :- 9.30 am - 6.00 pm

Job Responsibilities :-

Experience

● 2 to 3+ years of professional video editing experience; prior experience managing a video editing team is preferred.

Technical & Editing Skills

● Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro with strong knowledge of industry-standard AI video tools (2026) for editing, automation, captions, enhancement, motion graphics, and content creation.

● Strong understanding of color correction, sound design, pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, and visual effects.

Shooting & Production

● Strong understanding of cinematography, framing, lighting, and composition; confident shooting with qualified cameras and iPhones.

● Ability to independently cover live events and manage complete video production requirements.

Podcast Production

● Complete knowledge of skilled multi-camera podcast setups, including cameras, microphones, audio interfaces, lighting, wiring, recording, and troubleshooting.





● Edit long-form podcasts into engaging, high-quality short-form content for social media.

Leadership & KPIs

● Personally deliver around 10 high-quality edited reels per week and ensure every editor delivers a minimum of 2 edited videos per day while maintaining quality.

● Review team edits, provide feedback, maintain consistency, ensure timely delivery, and manage proper file organization and project management.

Work Ethic

● Strong ownership and accountability with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

● Willingness to extend working hours occasionally during events, launches, shoots, or urgent deliverables, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

● Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to support the team whenever required.
