We are hiring Banking Sales Executives for the IDFC process. The candidate will be responsible for promoting banking products, generating leads, handling customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Eligibility: Graduate in any stream. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. 2026 pass-outs can apply with 5th Semester Online Marksheet. Maximum age limit is 32 years. Good communication skills and willingness to work in a sales-oriented role are required. Banking, Loan, Insurance, B2C or Field Sales experience will be an advantage. Salary: Freshers – ₹18,000 In-Hand + Unlimited Incentives | Experienced (1–2 Years)
– ₹20,000–₹25,000 In-Hand + Incentives | Loan/Insurance Sales Experience – ₹28,000–₹30,000 In-Hand + Incentives.
