We are looking for a smart, polished and highly communicative Hospitality Recruiter who understands the standards, presentation and service culture associated with luxury hospitality.

The Role

This is not a volume/BPO recruitment role.

You will work on specialised hospitality and private staffing mandates, where understanding the candidate beyond the CV is critical.

You should be capable of identifying whether a hospitality professional has the right personality, communication, grooming, service orientation, discretion and cultural fit to work with discerning HNI/UHNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and luxury/private staffing mandates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, hospitality networks, databases and other relevant channels.
- Screen and interview candidates thoroughly before presenting them to clients.
- Assess candidates on communication, grooming, attitude, stability, luxury-service exposure and overall suitability.




- Recruit for positions including Butlers, House/Estate Managers, Private Chefs, EA/PAs, senior hospitality professionals and other specialised roles.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear candidate-search strategies.
- Prepare professional candidate summaries and recommendations for client presentation.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate engagement, interview preparation, feedback and follow-ups.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, documentation and joining coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information within the company's ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong network of professionals from luxury hotels and the wider hospitality industry.
- Work on senior and confidential mandates with a high degree of discretion.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience from the first interaction through joining.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

- 2–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within hospitality or luxury staffing.
- Strong preference for candidates who have previously worked in or recruited for 5-star/luxury hotels.
- Candidates with prior exposure to HNI/UHNI families, private residences, family offices, luxury brands or premium hospitality environments will have an advantage.




- Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality profiles across F&B;, Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary and related functions.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Solid interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
- A polished, confident and professional communication style.
- Ability to interact comfortably with senior hospitality professionals and demanding clients.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation capabilities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working with recruitment platforms, ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Target-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of mandates from sourcing through closure.
- Available to work from our Faridabad office.

Hospitality Background Preferred

We would particularly like to hear from professionals who have worked with brands such as Taj, Oberoi, Trident, ITC Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, IHG or similar luxury/premium hospitality organisations, either in operations, HR or Talent Acquisition.
