- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- Strong experience in application design and configuration to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with data governance and management principles related to enterprise data systems.
