We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor & AI Video Creator who can turn ideas and stories into engaging, high-quality videos.

Our creative content and marketing person will develop the ideas, hooks, scripts, and storytelling. Your job will be to take those ideas and bring them to life through excellent editing, visuals, sound, pacing, and the smart use of AI tools.

We are looking for someone who understands that a good video is not just about putting clips together.

It is about making people stop, watch, feel something, and stay till the end.

We are not looking for someone who only knows basic editing. We want someone who is constantly learning, experimenting, and finding better ways to create videos.

What You Will Do

1. Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and other marketing content.
- Turn raw footage, scripts, and creative ideas into polished and engaging videos.
- Create strong openings, smooth transitions, good pacing, and visually interesting edits.
- Use music, sound effects, text, graphics, and visual effects to make videos more engaging.
- Edit videos in different styles depending on the story, audience, and purpose.
- Create multiple versions of a video when needed to test different hooks, pacing, or creative approaches.

2. AI Video Creation

- Explore and use AI video-generation and editing tools to create recent types of content.
- Understand the capabilities and limitations of different AI platforms.
- Create AI-generated visuals, scenes, animations, and video elements wherever they improve the content.
- Combine AI-generated content with real footage, editing, motion graphics, and other creative techniques.
- Find faster, smarter, and more creative ways to produce high-quality videos.
- Stay updated with new AI video tools, features, and techniques.

We want someone who knows more than just one AI tool. We want someone who is curious about the entire AI video-creation space and is willing to experiment with new tools.

3. Creative Execution

- Work closely with our Creative Content & Social Media – Storytelling person.




- Understand the idea behind a video before starting the edit.
- Convert scripts and storyboards into strong visual storytelling.
- Suggest better editing styles, visual treatments, music, pacing, or AI techniques when they can improve the idea.
- Experiment with different editing approaches instead of following the same template every time.
- Create content around interiors, furniture, manufacturing, projects, and our brand.
- Work on multiple versions, learn from the results, and keep improving.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a person who genuinely loves making videos.

Someone who sees a good Reel and thinks:

“How was this made?”
“How can I create something even better?”
“Can I make this scene using AI?”
“How can I make the first three seconds more interesting?”

You should have:

- Strong video editing skills and a good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- A good eye for visuals, composition, typography, music, and detail.
- Experience with professional video editing software.
- An understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- A willingness to learn and experiment with AI video-generation tools.
- The ability to take creative direction and execute it well.
- The ability to work independently and complete videos without constant supervision.
- A positive attitude toward feedback, revisions, and trying new things.

AI Skills We Value

You do not need to know every AI platform.

But you should be genuinely interested in learning and using tools such as:

- AI video-generation tools
- AI animation and motion tools
- AI-assisted video editing tools
- AI voiceover and audio tools
- AI image-generation tools




- Other creative AI tools that can improve video production

We care more about your actual ability to create good videos than the number of AI tools you mention on your resume.

We are looking for someone who wants to become better at video creation, not someone who simply wants to complete editing tasks.

What You Can Expect
